World traveler, having explored parts of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Canada and the United States. Dream trip; China, to walk along the Great Wall.
Passionate about excellent cuisine (married to an Australian chef! Ergo five-star dinners nightly!) Love to be creative with recipe creation, knitting, sewing, crochet, garden design, and music (piano and voice). Devoted to yoga, and using it as treatment for depression.
Addicted to reading and writing.
Work experience in transportation, logistics, tourism, academia, agriculture, arts magazines, and retail.
Life experience in marriage (20+ years), parenting (2 great kids with ADD and Dyslexia), Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Metabolic Syndrome, helping family manage Diabetes II, helping family through Cancer treatment, loss of a child, loss of family members, depression and recovery, and negotiating our country's archaic Immigration policies. In other words, a lot of life to share in my writing.

Have written/edited the following newsletters: FRP International, The Southern Yarn (DownUnder Club newsletter, 1993-95). Editor for University of Manitoba Faculty of Engineering Yearbook. Currently working on a novel for the pre-teen/teen audience.
